Agreement of sale is an agreement or contract in which property is transferred from the seller (vendor) to the buyer (vendee) for a fixed price in money paid or agreed to be paid by the buyer and accepted by the seller.

TDS or tax deducted at source is income tax reduced from the money paid at the time of making specified payments such as rent, commission, professional fees, salary, interest etc. by the persons making such payments.

The area in the flat or the apartment, which you can cover using a carpet, is the carpet area.
